Equipped with Korean state-of-the-art hydraulic presses and manipulators, the plant offers exceptional capability to forge components of diverse sizes and geometries with unmatched metallurgical consistency.
Our facility features 3500-ton and 1000-ton hydraulic presses, supported by high-capacity manipulators and overhead cranes, enabling the production of forgings up to 40 tonnes in a single piece. The infrastructure is designed to handle a broad spectrum of products — from shafts and hollow forgings to complex custom-engineered components — with diameters up to 3.5 meters and lengths of six meters.
Each forging operation is meticulously controlled to ensure dimensional accuracy and uniform material properties. Combined with advanced handling systems and stringent quality checks, MIFL stands among the most modern open-die forging facilities in India, equipped to serve both domestic and international clients across critical industrial sectors.
