At Mackeil Ispat and Forging Limited (MIFL), the ingot heating and final heat treatment facilities are designed to ensure superior metallurgical properties, structural uniformity, and performance reliability across every forged product.
Our ingots are sourced from globally reputed steel manufacturers, ensuring consistent raw material quality that meets international standards. These include suppliers such as Acciaieria di Rubiera and ABS Acciaieria Bertoli Safau (Italy), alongside leading Indian producers such as ARC VAC (Kolkata), Star Wire (Delhi), Musco (Maharashtra), Tayo Rolls (Jamshedpur), Remi Metals (Maharashtra), Alloy Steels Plant (SAIL-Durgapur), and Ambica Steels (Delhi), to name a few.
All furnaces in this facility are CBM/LPG-fired, bogie-hearth type, equipped with PLC-based automatic combustion control and SCADA-enabled monitoring systems for precision temperature regulation and complete process traceability.
