Machining

Our machining division is equipped with an extensive range of precision machines designed to handle complex and large-scale components with accuracy and efficiency. The facility supports both heavy-duty machining and fine finishing operations, ensuring complete in-house capability from raw forging to finished product.

Key equipment includes heavy-duty horizontal boring and plano milling machines for large workpieces, along with a deep hole drilling machine capable of drilling up to 400 mm diameter and 10 meters in length. The setup also features advanced CNC vertical boring machines (up to 3000 mm) and vertical milling machines for high-precision machining of critical parts.

For gear manufacturing, the shop houses gear hobbing and internal gear cutting machines capable of producing helical and spur gears up to 3000 mm in diameter. Complementing these are horizontal lathes (up to 10 meters center-to-center distance) and radial drilling machines (up to 60 mm diameter), enabling versatile operations across a range of materials and dimensions.
